Bradley Sides is the author of two short story collections, Those Fantastic Lives and Crocodile Tears Didn’t Cause the Flood, which was a finalist for 2024 Book of the Year at Southern Literary Review. His writing appears at such venues as Chapter 16, Chicago Review of Books, Electric Literature, LeVar Burton Reads, Lit Hub, Los Angeles Review of Books, The Millions, The Rumpus, and Southern Review of Books, where he also serves as the host of “The Southern Summer Book Club.” Bradley holds an MFA from Queens University of Charlotte, where he was Fiction Editor of Qu. He currently teaches writing and literature at Calhoun Community College, and he lives in Madison, Alabama, with his wife. The Volcano Keeper, his debut novella, will be out from Regal House in the fall of 2026.
