Robin Becker has lived in London, Philadelphia, a traveling VW Microbus, Austin, San Francisco, Baton Rouge, Missouri, Arkansas, and now Mankato, Minnesota. Her first novel, Brains: A Zombie Memoir, was published by HarperCollins. She contributed “The Prettiest Mama” to the Irrational Fears anthology and wrote an entry for the Encyclopedia of the Zombie: The Walking Dead in Popular Culture and Myth. Other work has appeared in Blue Mesa Review, Forge Literary Journal, Necessary Fiction, New Delta Review, Cimarron Review, and elsewhere. She received Individual Artists Grants from the Minnesota State Arts Board in 2022 and 2023.
